Business: Receiving payment notifications at the wrong email address

Hello! I am not posting from my business account. 

I set a new primary email address for my business account. I began receiving "Notification of Payment Received" emails there. But I receive *other* of the same type of email (from different purchasers) at my old email address. Why are they splitting them up? I need to receive EVERYTHING at one email.
