A shipment of an order on AliExpress did not reach me, now they only want to refund me through PayPal, but they mention that they can not make the payment, because my account does not support a payment from them. This is going to be international and a fee needs to be paid.
They ask me to find a friend with a PayPal account that does support this (a business or premier account I assume?), but that is not easy.
They do not want to refund through something else than PayPal... can I trust this? Why ? How should I best react?
