Account manager & Mass Pay

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to set up Mass Pay. Here is the sign of Web: To get mass payments set up on your account, call your account manager if you have one, or call[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]for more assistance.

 

While no one answers the number and I cannot find a manager, I am desperate. Could anyone introduce their account manager to me? Thank you so so so so so much!!!!
