I am currently setting up a fitness challenge infographic with the intention of putting payment options at the bottom.
Initially I thought the invoice with link option would be the best. I love the idea of this as it allows me to attach the contract, as well as capture payee's email addresses in one fell swoop. I have looked at smart buttons but this runs the risk of losing the email option, at which point I would be unable to get back to the payee regarding contracts and enrolment.
Ideally, I'd just use the invoice setup, but I have learned once an invoice is paid once, it's made redundant. In an ideal world, I'd have the invoice template, the payee would link through to a fresh payment each time (from the infographic) and the contract and email situation would be sorted.
Is there a happy medium solution I'm missing here? Or will I have to make use of smart buttons coding on the infographic and rethink my strategy here? Or perhaps I'll have to bite the bullet and manually send the invoice to each of the prospects?
