I trade YouTube channels on the site. We are not communicating by email. I know that if a person pays as a product, and the product delivered not by email, for example, to him in in the messenger, the recipient can cancel this payment after receiving the product. How can you be safe from this? We communicate with customers not by e-mail, but in personal messages on the trading platform. If a person sends from his mail to my letter that he has already received the goods, will this letter be enough to prove that the goods came to the buyer in the event of a dispute?
