Hi,
As a seller on Paypal, we have shipped over 185 electric scooters to buyers.
However, we have had a number of buyers using incorrect chargers, damaging the scooters and voiding our warranty.
Paypal is siding with the customer on these damages even though this damage is clearly a buyer action.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
