i have buyer asked for returning the product and i accepted that, but he provided paypal with fake tracking number, and paypal closed the case on his favor, without asking me or checking tracking info, then i made appeal on same day on same case, cost me -13.37, i sent paypal support many proves that make this case 100% on my favor, but they still Lazy, those images below shown my tracking number i sent him on first time, 
Today is Friday 7 August 2020 and still this case being open for no reason.
