paypal only cares for buyers they dont need any seller protection to give. sick standards

Paypal give 'some' seller protection and 'some' buyer protection.
That protection can never be a 100% coverall so the onus is on the users to risk assess their transactions.
As a seller you are always going to get some transactions that go awry.
Advice is voluntary.
