I have filed a complaint against the Vango Group for fraudulent practices. Got into a chat with a Paypal agent. Got the runaround for a half hour. Asked to speak to her supervisor. No response. Asked how I could get a copy of the chat. Most web businesses email a copy. She said do a screen dump. While I was doing that she disconnected and the chat dialogue was deleted. Firmly convinced that Paypal is in league with fraudsters or at least turning a blind eye.
Paypal agent told me I was the only one who filed a complaint against Vango. Can't believe that with all the traffic in the community.
Has anyone else filed a complaint against them or any other direct-from -China outfit. I found three other ads on the web with same graphics, font, and layout but different company names.
