Trying to reply to a dispute doesn't allow me to comment

I've been attempting to respond to a dispute as a seller for two days now and I'd like to get this issue solved however every time I try and add the picture and comment PayPal says they have an issues on their end and sends me back to the resolution center. Would like to respond to this as it is neither of our faults and we need to get it sorted sooner rather than later.
