I just sold a smartphone on eBay, the buyer has been a Ebay member since 2016 it says but has no transactions / feedback. I then got a message on eBay saying the cell phone number listed is a old number and they now have a new number. On PayPal is ssys UNVERIFIED PAYMENT? Not sure what that means. I am concerned this could be a scam... Any advice? Shipping address checks out ok on eBay and PayPal! Thank you!
I lost 250 € by transfer to a non verified account.
If there are active unverified PayPal accounts free to steal money from verified PayPal accounts I'm wondering if PayPal has any other kind of security system except of warning informations.
