Hello, I sold an iPad to someone out of state using Swappa, an eBay type website that specializes in electronics. I sent the iPad out, gave tracking, and provided the buyer with that information. Three days go buy, and the item is delivered at 10:51 AM according to USPS, at 10:48 AM, the buyer states that the item is not as described and files a claim. I provide information that the iPad and accessories are the ones that she bought, also providing pictures of the original for sale post on Swappa. This morning I notice that she is now saying only the accessories came, and not the iPad. Is there anything I can do as I sent the iPad and all accessories. I believe the buyer is trying to scam me and take my iPad without paying. I’m worried I’m going to be SOL, out of the iPad and the money from it.
