Receiving payment for craigslist transaction

After searching he forums I remain a little unclear as to PayPal's buyer recourse (scam-ability). With a non-merchant account if I sell a $100 automobile part that requires shipping to an out of state buyer that prepays me via PayPal would that buyer have any ability to dispute the sale and fraudulently request a refund? Buyer would be providing additional funds (actual cost) for me to direct ship (USPS/UPS/Fedex) with tracking. They seem legit (not as coy as some known scams) as he's offered to speak via telephone. I'd like to make the sale as it's not a common item and buyers are few and far between.

Thanks!
