Once again Paypal has decided a case in the buyers favour, because tracking information is regarded as INVALID. This implies that Paypal regards the information supplied as fraudulent and the seller s a liar for supplying such information. The information can easily be verified by accessing the website of the South African Post Office. There is no justification for this blatant defamation of character of the seller.
