Hello, I have a question. I have been selling products on the internet for several years from Japan ship worldwide. This year I decided to use PayPal (business), but there is the covid and the delivery times are very long because few planes take off from Japan to abroad. I'm afraid a lot of customers are asking for a refund when they are notified and the packages are being sent. Will they have the right to ask for a refund while my work is done and the delivery times are beyond my control? If so, I am well protected with PayPal seller protection, right?
