I sold a cell phone on ebay under the description of for parts only not working. Through dialogue I got the sense the buyer was going to use this as a working phone. So I went ahead and blocked the buyer. They went on a family members account and purchased the phone and then went on the open a case not as described over a month and a half later.
Now I have to fight them through ebay and will probably lose because its automatic to side with the buyer on not as described case.
