I gave somone 20 hours of my time in services online. A price was agreed and payed, looking on my balance later that day the guy has reported that somone else used his account. This blaintly a lie how am I protected from this the payments are on hold. Think its disgusted how sellers are not protected. Can somone help? What will they have to do to proof this.
