Two weeks ago i sold some guy a digital good and he decided to chargeback it for some reason, its 10$ only so its probably from some low class guy trying to buy some methamphetamine so ill just let him do that.
The question is how do i avoid 20$ chargeback fee, i dont wanna pay and additional 20$ fee for a transaction i did and have a proof i sent him the amount we agreed on.

did he open a chargeback case with his cc issuer alredy?
If so,then it is too late to avoid the $20 fee ,unless he agreeed to close the case
