Hello! I had an incident with someone buying an iPad via FB marketplace. The person asked to pay via PayPal, then said they won’t be buying it and then said that they will be buying it. Sent the money, came to pick up the iPad and then 2 days later got an email from PayPal that the case has been ruled in their favour and the transaction has been refunded and buyer paid back. We have all the correspondence with the buyer and even after they scammed us, they were replying with sort of LOL and you can’t do anything messages. How can PayPal do this and what can we do now? Thank you!
