Buyer swapped out the internals of the watch

I have a buyer that swapped out the internals of the watch that I sold him, serial numbers do no match up. However the case has already been WON by the buyer according to PayPal. Now what can I do ? eBay and Paypal is utter non-sense in regards to the seller.
