we are having trouble making sure it's you

Hey, at the end of february I got a valid e-mail from PayPal, that for some reason they disabled my password. They haven't added more details. After that I tried to create a new password, I managed to provide the 6 digit key they sent me via text message, but for some reason they asked security questions, like what is the name of my child. I have never set theese nor I have a child. I've waited a few days and tried that again. For some reason the text messages haven't arrived so after a while they offered to send them via e-mail. I filled the fields with a correct 6 digit key. After that I managed to modify my password. After the next log in attempt with the new password I got the following message: "we are having trouble making sure it's you" And absolutely no help how can I log in to my account. I managed to create a community account with the same Paypal account🤷 It is really hard to understand how can a service this bad... Any idea what should I do?

hi, ane success in your situation? I have exactly the same problem. To reach them by phone is simply unpossible. Just don't know what to do(
