my client wants a screenshot from Paypal Support telling me that my Paypal Account is verified and can receive payments how can I get it??

Nothing to do with the sender, if you are verified there payment will complete, if not it will show as unclaimed.

You don't send buyers anything to do with your paypal account content.

Can't advise you on getting verified as you have not said which country you are in.
