It has been 8 long months since PayPal limited and permanently restricted my account. Despite waiting for 6 months, my funds have not been released, and I feel stuck in a seemingly endless cycle of waiting. I have contacted PayPal's customer support, but they have not been responsive and have consistently redirected my request to their back office. I'm at a loss for what to do next. I need my funds to be released, and it seems like PayPal is not taking any action to resolve this issue. Has anyone here experienced a similar situation or can provide any advice on how to navigate this problem? Is there a recommended course of action, or should I consider involving the authorities, such as the police, to address this situation? Any insights, suggestions, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for guidance on how to move forward and finally regain access to my funds.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.
If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
