code getting sent to old mobile number i dont have any more what can i do

my friend can not log on as her security code keeps getting sent to her old mobile which she no longer has access to and i have accidently sent her money which she can not log in to send me it back 😭

What does it say on the transaction on your paypal account and how did you fund the paypal payment.

Secondly tell her to use the guest phone option to contact customer services to help her add her new number to the account.
