Hi everyone, Im having a rough time trying to add a billing address to proceed my bank account submission in paypal , due to lack of zip code / pastol code in my country i cant add any address, one last thing my bank statement didn’t mention my region or zip code in it and it’s mandatory requirement in paypal .

You can only withdraw funds to either a US bank account or a Visa card only. Unfortunately, you won't be able to add any local bank account for your country.
