account closed because I wasnt 18, can I open a new account now that Im 18?

Hey all. 

I made this account while I was under 18, with parental approval. I just want to know if I am allowed to make a new account and if there is any way I can get my old username back?

If the illegally opened minor account was permanently limited then you can't use anything that is linked to that account.

Also as you have broken their rules once your best bet is to contact customer services and ask if you can now make a new account now you are over 18.

They do normally say yes but it varies dependent on what you did with the old account and what information you linked to it.
