Can you please help me unblock my account? I understand that the message says permanently blocked. But I'm really asking to get my account back... I just really don't understand why my account was blocked.....
Looking at your country type you are only allowed to receive friends/family payments in your country. So if you were trying to accept payment for selling items using the friends/family option it would lead to a ban. There are loads of other reasons but that is the one that is most likely if you don't know any other.
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
