Why can't I log in if my phone number has changed?

My e-mail address is correct, I know my password, but with double authentication, it sends the identification code to an old phone number. I can't reach it anymore, so my login fails.

I do understand your concern regarding login issue due to the multi-factor authentication into your PayPal account. This adds an additional layer to the account login process by needed the PayPal users to enter two or more authentication methods for verification which provides extra security. Please reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next or to get an understanding of the possible solution to the issue raised. Since you are unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone by selecting the "Call us as Guest" option on our PayPal homepage.
