I keep getting denied PayPal credit, am not working but my sick benefits total over £1000 a month, alls I want to do is pay monthly for a £400 pool table is this possible

That seems really unfair to me , since joining eBay in 2020 I have spent thousands, I can easily afford monthly payments , I can afford to pay cash for it but I would rather not at the moment
