Where are my outgoing messages?

I don't have any of my messages I sent to PayPal on my message centre, only the messages PayPal have sent to me - with a few missing.

Every time I request a copy of all correspondence PayPal does not send this to me.

They are liars and keep all my sent messages away from me.

How can I get all correspondence from them?

Messages in the Message Center are normally available for 90 days from the day they were originally sent. If you would like a copy of any messages prior to that timeframe, please contact our Customer Support teams for assistance. If you've been running into road-blocks with a certain channel of support, please feel free to try one of our channels via Social Media such as Twitter DM, Facebook PM, or Instagram DM.

Hi John,

Thank you very much. You are a lifesaver. How could I not have thought on contacting PayPal to get all my correspondence?

If only they would send it instead of sending an all-time account summary with random transaction numbers that I am not interested about at all.

I am on my third attempt now, let's see how it goes.

One thing is for sure, my PayPal account will be close very soon.
