When will PayPal be available in Ghana and why is it not, it's neighboring countries have it but it doesn't why.

Not sure how we would know the answer to that one but you are using a Lesotho paypal account which is against paypal rules if you are not living in that country but Ghana. The account won't work for you and would soon be permanently limited.

There are lots of countries where paypal is not supported or available.
