I'm the IT director of a charity have setup a charity account for my organization. We have started to receive grants though the PayPal Giving Fund and I'd like to add a user to the account who can specifically review and process those. When I create a new user on my account, I don't see Giving Fund access as one of the permissions that can be granted. What permissions need to be given for another user on my account to access Giving Fund grants?
