Since paypal doesn't support payment acceptance in INR, then we have no option but to receive payments in USD. When payments are transferred and invoicing done in USD Currency, but Paypal will Transfer the amount to our Bank account in INR. When we request for FIRA, that will also cause trouble with our Bank to get a BRC and match the payments received in USD (from customer) against payment payout from Paypal to us in INR. This mismatch of Currency will cause trouble with the local bank to authenticate our Exports Transactions. Some other Payment Gateway providers like Razorpay are providing their services in INR only, so we are not facing any issues to obtain BRC from bank as all payments are Reconciled easily (From INR to INR). This conversion from USD to INR in case of Paypal, how can this be sorted for a smooth flow of export business. Kindly explain in detail as this is the only step holding us back. How are other Indian Merchants functioning with Paypal with this issue?
