Scam or am I not looking in the right area?

I received this message on my email, I've not been able to find anything corresponding to it on PayPal, has anyone else received the like or is it a scam looking for information?

PROTECT YOUR PASSWORD
NEVER give your password to anyone, including PayPal employees. Protect yourself against fraudulent websites by opening a new web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox) and typing in the PayPal URL every time you log in to your account.
