Proactive Paypal with outbound support?

Anyone else receive an email from a Paypal Expansion Market Account executive saying, "We performed a review of your checkout experience, and you are using our older PayPal checkout. We now offer a better, faster, and more secure payment method to improve your customer experience at no cost to you."? We are trying to verify authenticity.

I do understand your concern with this. PayPal are constantly working to disable fake communications. If you are unsure if an email/message has come from us, please click here to see if your email contains any of the following.
