Paypal in IRAQ

We're more than 5 millions IRAQI wanted to use Paypal but unfortunately we can't because Paypal still blocked here,

Please consider us, we want to know why we still can't use it ?

even though there are many applications/apps of other services were block a few years ago but right now they work fine here.

we want the same with Paypal
