PayPal won't let me close my account.....says "We were unable to close your PayPal account" Any suggestions?

Does it have any limitations on it that you would need to resolve first?
Do you have any pending transactions?
Have you cancelled all subscriptions etc?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
