PayPal sent me a check to the old address so how do I get them to resend it to the correct address?

PayPal recently sent me a check for the proceeds from an item I sold. It was sent to our old address that in error I haven't updated. I filled a dispute but they denied it saying that it doesn't meet dispute criteria. I guess I agree but I don't know how to get them to resend a check to our current address. Thanks for your help.

Don't you have a ''forwarding mail option'' in your country when you move house?

Or can't you contact the new owners and request that they forward the letter to you?

Or lastly contact customer services and see if they can stop the cheque and re-issue a new one?
