Need help! Accidently closed a paypal account.

Hi,

I am trying to reactivate an accidently closed paypal account. I was trying to find ways of removing a subscription from said account and thought closing the account would solve it, which it did not. Now, I am trying to find other ways of removing said subscription so I can remove the same paypal account as a payment method on my phone's settings. (I am talking about another account, not this one.) If there is a way PayPal can resolve this issue from there end, all help/advice is welcomed. I would like an answer back as soon as possible.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
