More than a month back, I got an account limitation and the system keep on asking me for documents that I uploaded once and again and the system keeps on rejecting them asking for US documents that do not exist in my country !!!! The entire situation turned so illogical and irrational, they even suggested me that I should ask the US embassy for support !!!! I am a Costa Rican living and working in Costa Rica, how can the US Embassy help me ???
I wasted so much time, effort and the discussion turned so irrational and illogical that I will let Paypal stole me money !!!
