A few days ago my laptop and mobile was snatched by someone. He got access to my PayPal account and made some transactions. Becasue of his suspicious activity Paypal has given a permanent limitation on my account. After that I can't do any transactions and also Paypal Phillipines is not helping me at all. They are very unprofessional. Now what can I do to bring my account back on normal?

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
