Is it allowed to have multiple business accounts within our organisation?

Hello,

We are setting up an app that will make payments and we'd like to fund and separate the transactions from our core business account.

Is it ok to make a new business account under a different email address "[removed]" ?

Thanks - I have seen this already, but it is not clear if this is one business account per business or if you could have more than one if you use a different email address. It seems to be saying that a given log in can only belong to one personal and one business account. 

So, as I say, if we spin off a mobile App that we want to incorporate functionality to pay people rewards and we want to use a dedicate account for this. can we set up a new business account against a new log in (email address) within our organisation?
