I'm unable to log into my second paypal account.

I'm unable to log into my other paypal account. When I try to reset the password, the email address isn't recognised. I get a message "something went wrong, try again".

Is it a business account? Only you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is a business account.
