I'm unable to log in my account

Please I've not been able to log in my account for awhile now because I've lost my phone with my PayPal verification number and I've been trying to log in my account on my new phone but it keeps telling me to confirm that it's me but I couldn't, cause I don't have the number to confirm it's me. but I have all the details about my PayPal account Please help me out
