I can't log in to Paypal

When logging into Paypal, I get the warning "We're having trouble making sure it's you". I couldn't resolve this situation with customer service. What should I do?

Are you using a VPN?

Do you have a mobile phone linked to your paypal account and registered in your country?

Which country are you in and which countries paypal account do you have registered in.

So how can this be resolved. I'm in a different country to the country of my PayPal account. It keeps telling me We’re having trouble making sure it’s you when I try to login How can I resolve this
