I can't add a new postal address. I tried many times to open a form for adding new postal address in settings (https://www.paypal.com/cz/cshelp/article/HELP239), but the saving button doesn't has any function. After filling the form and clicking to "Save" I can't save it, I can only go back (with arrow in the top left corner) or cancel (with cross in the top right corner). Just nothing else. No error message, no another problem sign. I tried it from app in my phone and on website too, but with the same result = nothing, saving button is still non-functional.
Additional info: the address is in the same country and in the same city. I did not move abroad.
