How to transfer my existing account

I am selling my business to someone in Australia, should I transfer my existing account or should they open new account?

Since i am selling the business lock stock and barrel, they would ideally like to use logins, email etc as is.

How to transfer if its possible?

Paypal is country specific so they would not be able to use your account in their country.

So if they want to use the same credentials, then we should close existing account and delete all data. Then they create new account with same credentials?
