Closing PayPal Credit Account. Main Account Limited

My main PayPal account was permanently limited back in April, I know this won't be reversed and quite frankly I'm not bothered. I also understand that I can't close this account. I made a purchase on 6 month PayPal credit in December and that's now been paid off. I'd like to close this credit account as it shows as an active account on my credit report and I think it's unfair to have that on my credit report when I can't actually use the account. I messaged through the message centre and they didn't bother reading my message properly and just replied stating that would not remove the limitation on my main account. Any suggestions please?

It doesn't give me the option to call them. Maybe because I'm in the UK?

Its a UK link with an 0800 number in the link which is a UK freephone code.
