Cant contact PayPal, as phone being fixed,it’s the two step security, is their a email I can use

Need help to contact PayPal ie a phone number or email. Will not let me contact them on any other phone number of the phone being fixed, I have all the details to get into my account but the 2 step security is stopping me as wants to use my phone number I don’t have at the moment .
