Can’t connect my bank account to PayPal

Hi , do any one has successfully connecting his bank account to PayPal other than USA banks ? It’s only allowing USA banks when I tried to connect my bank account

The option to add a 'local' bank is not available in every country, if its not showing as an option for you then you would need to add a card instead. 

You would be able to withdraw to a card however you would need to check card the 'type' acceptable for withdrawing funds in your country. 

You can however in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your Paypal account. This is because Paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S citizens working in other countries.
